What is the cancellation policy at Amenida Residences?

At Amenida Residences, we understand that plans can change. To avoid any charges, please notify us of any cancellations or changes to your booking by 11:00 PM the day before your arrival date. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in are free of charge. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or fail to show up, a penalty of one night’s room charge plus taxes will be applied to the credit card on file. Please note that Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable and will be charged at the time of booking.
